It takes a mere 20 minutes by car to reach this inn from the south shore of Lake Tahoe, Sierra Nevada. There is complementary shuttle service provided by the inn from the Minden-Tahoe Airport for guests arriving in Carson Valley by private planes.

To reach the Carson Valley Inn from the Reno Airport, you should take the Highway 395 which goes through the Carson City.  After 1/4th of a mile’s drive from the highway-Minden junction you will reach the Inn. It will take around 45 minutes to reach the Inn from Reno.
