Hi I am planning an overnight hiking trip the first week of april, and I have a few questions. I have never hiked in Mt. Charleston so any advice would be much appreciated. What kind of weather conditions are we facing? We are planning on hiking up Saturday, camping overnight, and hiking back Sunday morning. How long will it take us to hike to the top? Keep in mind our group will be about 4 fairly athletic 20-25 yr old guys.
